  • Coaching (Mind)

    The session begins with a coaching conversation to clarify your goals, intentions, and challenges. This mental space helps to uncover limiting beliefs or areas where the mind may be blocking growth. I will support you in setting powerful intentions for transformation and healing, guiding them toward clarity and empowerment.

  • Reiki (Soul)

    Once the mind is clear, I will use Reiki to channel healing energy, addressing emotional or spiritual blockages that might be affecting you. Reiki helps to align the energy flow, promoting deep relaxation, release of tension, and a sense of inner peace. It works to align your soul energy with your highest potential.

  • Pilates (Body)

    To integrate the mental and energetic shifts, I might use movement to focus on body awareness, posture, and core strength if needed. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you will strengthens your body and supports overall well-being. This physical practice also helps ground, bringing you back into your body and creating a sense of connection between mind, body, and spirit.
